Who Is Responsible for Yard Care?

In a rental property, tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawns and gardens on the premises. Consideration must be given to dry spells and types of plants grown as well as water restrictions in the area. Tenants are not responsible for the trimming of trees or shrubs- this care is the responsibility of the property owner.
