RTA e-Services For Agents

The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) has recently launched e-Services making the management of rental bonds for Agents easier.
Agents now have the facilities tos elf-manage bonds electronically saving time and phone calls to the RTA. The following facilities are now available to Agents on-line:
e-Administration:  to change business information such as bank account and contact details.
e-Bond list:  to consult a complete list of our rental bonds
e-Bond enquiry:  to enqure on a particular bond to view some bond details
e-Refund: to submit a claim for the whole (100%) of the refund to be paid to a tenant.
The main benefit to us as Managing Agents is the convenience of being able to access this information at any time. No more waiting on the phone for information.
